What are the Costs & ETA for my order?

Australian Orders:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in Australia.

For Express shipping in Australia orders over $100 the charge is $10. For orders under $100 the charge is $15. 

If your order is under $100 there is a small $10 postage charge. 

We send all orders with Australia Post - Parcel Post.  So any registered address in Australia is no problem.  

New Zealand Orders:

For orders under $100 it is $18. 

For orders over $100 it is $13.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship Birkenstocks to New Zealand. 

We send all orders with Australia Post - Parcel Post.  So any registered address in Australia or New Zealand is no problem. Including Po Box's.

If you would like your order left at your door if you are not at home, please let us know.  But please be aware we take no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if you chose this delivery method.

We will generally ship your order within 24 hours.  During busy times we may take up to 48 hours. 

If you have provided an email address, you will get updated emails on your order directly as it is shipped. This will include an ETA for delivery.
